Connected Wind Services Danmark A/S is looking for an Operations and Service Manager to our new Offshore activities!

Are you our new Offshore Operations and Service Manager?

Then you will be part of a newly established Offshore team, where your main focus will be to establish and manage the offshore service team and related activities and processes for CWS Denmark in the offshore markets, primarily starting up in and around the Danish offshore sector. You will play a pivotal role in developing the offshore service procedures, instructions, and standards for Connected Wind Services, utilizing best practice from our onshore business and benchmarks. You will further support the project Offshore Business Development Manager in drafting tenders etc.

Working place: The company’s office in Skødstrup, Aarhus
Working hours: Full time - normal working hours incl. reasonable overtime when needed
Travel: About 50 % travel both inside and outside Denmark will be needed but is expected to be fairly limited with normally 1-2 overnight stays or even one-day trips.

Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another relevant educational background


• Minimum 5 years as Service Manager
• Proven experience in the renewable energy/offshore branch
• Proven service track record from offshore market
• Strong and active offshore network
• Experience with building and developing trustful customer relationships
• Experience with building and leading teams
• Experience from working in an international service organisation


• Motivated to build and develop high performing teams with focus on safety and responding fast to customer requests
• Holistic business understanding and ability to build close relationships with customers and stakeholder functions
• Driving a solid execution mindset of delivering to our promises
• Attention to details to ensure quality of the work performed as well as up-to-date documentation fulfilling contractual obligations.
• Entrepreneurial and team attitude


• Fluent in English verbal and writing
• Fluent Danish speaker
